Built for Real Adventures
Getting outside shouldn’t require a second mortgage. Ozark Trail makes dependable outdoor gear for people who’d rather spend their money on gas to get to the trailhead than on overpriced equipment. We build for the weekend warriors, the family campers, and everyone who knows that memories aren’t made by brand names.

Built for the Journey, Not the Destination
Ozark Trail started deep in the backwoods of Missouri. It was a simple setup for weekend warriors and seasoned outdoorspeople who just needed gear capable of handling real, gritty adventures without a devastating premium price tag. We make the rough-and-ready equipment that gets aggressively tossed into truck beds on Friday afternoons and comes back completely caked in mud on Sunday nights. Everything from tents that actually manage to keep you dry to heavy-duty coolers designed to keep your ice frozen through long, three-day fishing trips.
Our roots run incredibly deep in the Ozarks. Out there, the trails are notoriously steep, the weather’s entirely unpredictable, and absolutely nobody gives a crap about fancy, high-end logos.
We figured out early on that good gear isn’t about useless bells and whistles. It’s about heavy zippers that refuse to quit, tough seams that hold tight when it genuinely matters, and price tags that leave enough cash in your wallet for gas to actually reach the trailhead. Every single product we manufacture has been thoroughly tested on those exact same rocky paths, muddy riverside campsites, and brutal ridgeline winds you’re going to face out there.
Look, the absolute truth is, we’re not trying to outfit elite expedition teams heading up Everest. Not our vibe. We’re here for the exhausted parent teaching their hyper kids how to fish, the old college friends reuniting for their chaotic annual camping trip, and the solo hiker who desperately needs to clear their head for a weekend. Because honestly, the best adventures aren’t always the most expensive ones—they’re simply the ones you actually get up and take. always the most expensive ones — they’re the ones you actually take.

Real Stories from the Trail
“The collapsible wagon has been a game-changer for soccer tournaments. Holds four camp chairs, two coolers, and all the kids’ gear. The wheels actually handle grass and gravel without getting stuck.”

“I’ve owned $300 sleeping bags that don’t keep me as warm as the Ozark Trail 0-degree mummy bag. Used it winter camping in Colorado at 11,000 feet—slept like a baby while my buddy froze in his fancy gear.”
Ashley K.
Customer
“Picked up the 12×10 canopy for tailgating on a whim. Two years and probably 30 uses later, it’s still solid. The stakes are garbage—replaced those immediately—but the frame and canopy itself are bulletproof.”
